- DO I HAVE TO REGISTER TO CHECKOUT ON PRISHIE?
No, you can checkout as a guest. However, for your convenience and to avail future discounts we recommend that you register an account.
- HOW DO I REGISTER?
You can register yourself by clicking on this Registration Link. Once subscribed, you can enjoy regular updates and services from us.
- DO I HAVE TO DISCLOSE MY EMAIL & PHONE NUMBER FOR REGISTRATION?
Yes. This ensures a secure shopping from your end. We ensure you that your details will not be disclosed.
- HOW DO I RESET MY PASSWORD?
To reset your password, please click on “Forgot my Password” option available in SignIn/Register page. A link to set new password will be mailed to your registered Email ID.

- HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
We have provided size charts for each category. Please refer to our Size Guide section for more details. Moreover, every garment has its own size wise measurements provided in its description to give you an even better idea.
- WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS MODES OF PAYMENT AT PRISHIE?
You can pay using a Credit Card, Debit Card or Net-banking option. All these are prepaid methods of placing an order. You can also place an order using "Cash on Delivery" method. All payment methods depend on your pin code, so please ensure that you check your pin code to find out the available methods of payment for your area.
- HOW LONG WILL THE DELIVERY TAKE?
It’s really quick! All your orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Although we want to hand you the product within a minute, depending upon your address, the delivery time might vary between 5 - 7 working days. That still won’t stop us from trying to get you your order faster. Orders with Pre-order items or customized/personalized items shall take 10 to 12 days.
Sometimes, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to, unexpected travel delays from our courier partners due to weather conditions or any political disruptions or strikes. You will have to pardon us for such occurrences. We advise you to check your emails and SMS for any such updates.
- HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. All you need to do is click on the link in the email sent to you after the order is placed and track the journey of your item in real time! You can also track your shipment at the respective courier partner’s website.
- WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
We understand that you can’t wait at home (or office - whatever your delivery address is) right from the time you’ve placed the order till it’s delivered to you. We will make three attempts to deliver the order to you; each attempt on a consecutive day.

- I LIKE TO RETURN SOMETHING I BOUGHT. WHAT'S THE PROCEDURE?
No worries at all! We understand you may change your mind every now and then (with so many choices around us, it happens to us all the time!) We are happy to offer a No Questions asked return policy within 48 hours of delivery (with store credit only) for unused and unworn items that still have the tag attached. Please allow for two weeks from the time that you send the parcel, for us to process your credit.

- CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM WITH ANOTHER ONE ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Yes! You can request for exchange against any product of same or higher value (difference to be prepaid). However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- WHAT ARE THE NON-RETURNABLE/NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS AT PRISHIE?

Note: If you’ve received a non-returnable product in a damaged/defective condition, please reach out to our customer service team immediately to initiate a request for return/exchange.
- WHAT IF I RECEIVED A DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCT?
We do perform “Quality Check” on all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order with pictures at email@example.com and will offer you a replacement or issue store credit with lifetime validity.
- WHAT IF RETURNED PRODUCT COULDN’T PASS THE QUALITY CHECK?
Prishie has an authority to re-send the product back to you if it doesn’t pass the quality check. Before sending product back to you, we will share the images with you showing the defect and will intimate you via email/Call. The return expense for the same has to be borne by the customer.
- WHAT ARE PRODUCTS ON SALE OR PROMOTIONAL SALES?
Products purchased at Sale price are considered Products on Sale or bought during Promtional Sales. We don’t have return/exchange policy on the sale products. SALE products will be considered as “FINAL SALE” products.
- IN WHAT FORM IS THE STORE CREDIT PROCESSED?
For any return, refund is only processed in the form of store credit issued by way of a coupon code.
- This coupon has a lifetime validity and can be used for a future purchase on Prishie.com
- Coupons can be redeemed on the purchase of discounted or non-discounted products.
- A coupon can be used for the Cart value equivalent to or more than the value of the coupon.
- A coupon cannot be used if the Cart value is less than the coupon value.
- A coupon cannot be split into different amounts.
- Two or more coupons cannot be combined.
- Coupons are non-transferable.
- No returns or exchange shall be allowed on orders placed with store credit.
